2026 Mini Reunion/Memorial

Thursday, October 15

For anyone coming in early, we’re planning an informal get-together for dinner in the Oceanside area Thursday evening. We’ll share the location and time as we get closer.

Friday, October 16

We’ll meet at the 3/1 Memorial Garden at Horno at 1100 for the memorial.

Following the memorial, the 3/1 Association will host lunch and beverages at Puller’s Post.

We’ll also plan to get together in the Oceanside area Friday evening for anyone who wants to join us for dinner.

Saturday, October 17

Speak Their Names will be hosting the hike to the memorial cross. Anyone who would like to make the hike will register directly with Speak Their Names. We’ll share the registration information as soon as it is available. – lunch and camaraderie at Puller’s Post immediately following.

We’ll also plan to get together in the Oceanside area Saturday evening for dinner.

2026 Memorial Registration

Base Access (PLEASE READ)

This event is held aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton All individuals over the age of 18 must have the proper credentials to access the base or be added to an access roster.  

Please review the current Camp Pendleton Base Access page to ensure you have an ID that grants entry. The Trusted Traveler program is currently suspended.

Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton is currently operating at Force Protection Condition (FPCON) Bravo+. Effective immediately, the Trusted Traveler Program is suspended until further notice. Department of War (DoW) ID/CAC cardholders may no longer vouch for vehicle occupants at installation entry points.

Veterans with a VA Veterans Health Identification Card (VHIC) may access the base only if their VHIC displays “Service Connected”, “Purple Heart”, or “Former POW”. VHIC holders must register their card at the Visitor Center before accessing the base. Registration is valid for one year and must be renewed annually for continued access. VHIC holders are not authorized to sponsor visitors under Trusted Traveler or obtain visitor passes for guests.

Visitors with a valid Visitor’s Pass/ID issued by MCB Camp Pendleton may access the base.

If you or any guests over the age of 18 do not have one of the forms of ID listed above and plan to use a driver’s license, state ID, or passport for the access roster and base access, please ensure that any driver’s license or state ID is REAL ID-compliant.

MCB Camp Pendleton Command Sponsored Event Visitor Roster

Based on your answer, you need to be added to the event visitor roster that will be provided to MCB Camp Pendleton. Each visitor over the age of 18 who does not have base access is required to provide this information.
